For this week's Image of the Week, the object of the exercise was to capture springtime from the viewpoint of a bug!

My back is far too fragile to allow me to go lying around in the countryside nowadays, so, I left my usual DSLR in my kitbag, and broke out my highly versatile little Sony RX100 Mk3 - which has a very convenient tilting rear screen!

It turned out to be the perfect tool for the job, allowing me to get in really close to the flowers, and gave a great wide angle view, while allowing me to remain standing - well, stooping at least!

Even the sun came out for a while, completing this pretty frame of springtime!
